Pat Hoare

Pat Hoare started her own private counselling practice in Gandy Street in 1999. As a British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy Senior Accredited Counsellor with over 30 years experience, Pat has established a busy and successful business in the street.

Counselling is offered for individuals, couples and families, privacy and confidentiality are always respected. Longer term therapeutic counselling or brief intervention therapy are both available to meet individual requirements.

Pat is a qualified experienced Clinical Hypnotherapist using analytical and suggestion therapy to overcome fears, phobias, habits, loss of confidence and many other problems, as well as unresolved difficulties founded in the past. She has trained as a Stress Consultant, Group Facilitator, Critical Incident Debriefer and Post Traumatic Stress Therapist.

An Accredited Supervisor by B.A.C.P. and the National Council for Hypnotherapy, Pat also acts as a supervisor for other therapists in practice.

Pat offers a free 20 minute consultation upon request and appointment.
